Bespoke questions
How far in advance should I book?
For bridal and wedding-week pieces, 8 weeks before the function is the safe minimum — time for a first fitting, adjustments and a final fitting. Lighter pieces can usually be done in 3–4 weeks.
How many fittings are involved?
Most bespoke orders involve two fittings: one once the base garment is cut, and a final fitting before finishing. Complex bridal pieces may need a third.
Can I order if I'm not in Chandigarh?
Yes. Measurements are taken over a video call or with a detailed measurement guide, and the finished piece ships to you — including to the USA, Canada and UK.
What about alterations after delivery?
One round of minor alterations is included for orders collected at the studio. For shipped orders, alterations can be arranged locally, or the piece can be returned to the atelier at the customer's shipping cost.
Can I bring my own fabric?
In most cases, yes — khadi, silk or Phulkari you already own. Mention it in your enquiry so we can advise on cut and construction.
How is payment handled?
Every order is personally confirmed by the studio on WhatsApp or email before it is made or dispatched. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
