Orders within India ship via domestic courier, typically arriving in 2–5 business days to metro cities. International orders (USA, Canada, UK and other destinations) ship via tracked international courier, typically arriving in 5–9 business days from dispatch.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces ship after completion; the studio will confirm an estimated completion date at the time of order.
International shipments may be subject to import duty, VAT or customs fees levied by the destination country. Where possible this is estimated and shown before you confirm an order; the final amount is set by customs authorities and can vary. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached, for store credit or exchange. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces, being cut to individual measurements, are final sale and not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
